Selah

Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

The short version: Selah collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your reading life stays on your device.

What Selah stores, and where

Everything Selah knows about you lives in a single file on your device: your reading position, saved and liked verses, reading-plan progress, streaks, and settings. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and is deleted when you delete the app.

The Bible text itself (King James Version and World English Bible, both public domain) is bundled inside the app, so reading requires no internet connection and generates no network activity.

What Selah does not do

Subscriptions

Selah Plus subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, email address, or payment details. Apple provides us only anonymous, aggregate sales reporting. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings, and Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Children

Selah collects no data from anyone, including children. There is nothing to collect.

Changes to this policy

If Selah's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised before any change takes effect. Given the app's design, we don't expect that to happen.
