Getting started

1. Tap New inspection and enter the tractor/trailer numbers and carrier.
2. Walk the 17 points in order. Mark each Pass or Anomaly — anomalies take a note and photo evidence.
3. Close with the seal check: enter the seal number and run VVTT (View, Verify, Tug, Twist), then complete. Export the record as a PDF report or CSV from its summary page.

Where is my data stored?

Everything — inspection records and photos — lives on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Your device's normal iCloud backup may include the app's data like any other app.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

On the unlock screen, tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID, so it carries to a new phone automatically.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete a record?

Long-press the record on the home screen and choose Delete record. This removes the record and its photos from your device permanently.

The CSV opens oddly in my spreadsheet app

Hasp CSVs are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, which Excel and Numbers open correctly. If your tool asks, choose UTF-8 encoding and comma separators.
