HASP

Conveyance security inspections · C-TPAT 17-point

Privacy Policy

The short version: Hasp collects nothing. Your inspection records and photos stay on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers.

What Hasp stores, and where

Inspection records (conveyance details, point results, notes, seal checks) and the photos you take are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else by the app.

What leaves your device

Only what you choose to share. When you export a PDF report or CSV and send it through the share sheet, that file goes wherever you send it — that action is under your control and outside the app.

Purchases

The one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Backups

If you use iCloud or local device backups, the app's data is included the same way as any other app's. Those backups are managed by Apple and your device settings, not by us.

Deleting your data

Delete individual records inside the app (long-press a record → Delete record), or delete the app to remove everything it stored.

Analytics and tracking

Hasp contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers. The app's privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, sell, or delete on our side — your data is already entirely in your hands. If you have questions about these rights, contact us.

Changes and contact

If a future version of Hasp ever changes what data is handled, this policy and the app's privacy details on the App Store will be updated before that version ships. Questions: mar.maldonado@outlook.com.
